I have had this headache for 1 1/2 months, along with nausea, dizziness, hair loss, no meds. ANY IDEAS??

i have had blood tests, ct scan, dhe iv, pain relievers, nothing helps. other symptoms include: achy joints esp. in ankles and knees, vomiting, headache at the base and along the front, nausea, dizziness, hair loss and skin is hot with no fever. this headache lasts pretty much all day long, some days are worse than others. i am scheduled to have mri next thursday, but i am worried now. any ideas????????
