What's the best and most comprehensive (course) book to teach business English to pre-advanced students?

I currently have 'Business Protocol' Contemporary American Practice, by David Robinson; Univ. of CA. It is great. If you want a good English text on how to write, then 'The Penguin Handbook' is popular. Good Luck!
