Just about to take Yasmin birth control for the 1st time but dont know where to start taking it from?

In the UK Yasmin comes in packs of 21 tabs which are all active and exactly the same dosage in each pill. If this is the case with your pills, then start on the 1st day of your next period , ie if its a wednesday then take the wednesday pill and then carry on in sequence. Dont miss out any pills in the pack ie take 21 pills in sequence, then have a 7 day break.(or 7 sugar pills) You must take all 21 pills, if you take them in sequence then the days will work themself out. Difficult to explain i know but it works out if you take all the pills. NEVER miss out pills from the pack.
