Help Im pregante and I dnt knw if this is normal pls.?

I dont know if this is normal im 3wks prego and I found out last wk that my ex now baby daddy was cheating on me with his ex baby momma and im so devostated and angry we also work together but diff dept's I cant stand him I hate him and he got me upset eralier because he tols me he needed to talk to me about business like if my baby is business for him he got me mad and I told him to **** off cause I didnt want to see him or talk to him I have chossen to not want and need him for anything. the day that I caught him he treated me worst than a st dog and told me to just get rid of the baby to have an abortion and he choose to still be with his cheating ex that cheated on him way before he got with me and he took tw steps bk to go and cheat on me the one person that wouldnt do him wrong and love him. And he did what he did. Anyways im getting lil cramps in my lower abd and in my bk and it all happen after I got mad with him and I feel nasueas and very upset. I dont know what to do or if this is noraml there lil sharp pains but its not bad. Please help....Thank you in advance
