Fluttering in chest with sinus drainage?

For the past two days I have had what feels like a fluttering or tickle in the center of my chest closer to my throat, and I have had almost constant sinus drainage. Also my stomach has been feeling kinda nauseated and empty. Does this sound like it is from my sinus's?
