Can I wear a wedding gown at our vow renewal ceremony?

My husband and I were married on October 12, 2006 at a local courthouse. Due to certain cirstances, being married at the courthouse was what was best for us at the time. It has always been my dream to walk down the aisle in a traditional white gown and say my vows to the one I love. I do not want to have attendants, a wedding cake, bridal showers, etc. I realize that all of that is inappropriate for a vow renewal ceremony. My question is would it be inappropriate for my husband to wear a tux, and I wear a wedding gown? We would like for our ceremony to have some what of a wedding feel. Any suggestions?
