10 minute presentation to do on childrens play area in a medical practice?

thank u for answers from previous same question. but my question was misunderstood. i need help on how to do a presentation on a childrens area in a medical practice. i can introduce a play area to the practice. only ive neva done a presentation in my life. how do you start one and end (conclude) one. it must be a 10 minute presentation, i need AIM, LEARNING OUTCOME AND MAIN BODY OF PRESENTATION. why do you need a play area eg. i need help on how to set this out. please any help would be grateful. i need to have it ready by wednesday. thankyou.
