Would you consider someone who habitually smokes marijuana to be a "druggie"?

People become addicted to marijuana. I know people who I would call addicted, and they can be called druggies, sure. People who frequently use it are most likely trying to self medicate something in their heads, or they can just think it's really fun. This guy probably has bigger problems than occasionally smoking pot. Your looking in the wrong place.
