When people stare at me, I get very scared.?

Whenever I leave my home & any person looks at me without smiling, I get petrified. I get confused, scared & keep thinking about that person or them looking at me. I don't want strangers to smile at me , but I really get nervous when people stare at me I don't know the reason & don't know what to do about it.
