Parents vs Diet - how to compromise?

This year I started following a diet - it's not a strict one, but just without lots of bread, macaroni, sweets and other stuff that usually adds belly fat and kilograms. Previously my daily ratio was like meat and macaroni for breakfast with a sandwich with tea - after, dinner and supper - like almost the same. Now I changed it and I feel better - not only because I feel easier and better (physically!). But every day when I have my normal meal (not that substantial, of course - for example, cereals with fruit for breakfast and a piece of meat with veggies for dinner with fruit salad for supper) they start to argue with me, saying that I'm an anorexic and physically unhealthy person. I try to explain that my food ration is normal and I eat healthy food, but it means nothing to them. I feel really sick because of that, and I tried to explain it to them, but they like don't hear!
