Limewire problems HELP?

I just got my internet back after a 2 month wait due to my family and I moving, and when I decided to go on limewire after 2 months of no new music lime wire greets me with this message "LEGAL NOTICE THIS IS AN OFFICIAL NOTICE THAT LIMEWIRE IS UNDER A COURT ORDERED INJUNCTION TO STOP TO STOP DISTRIBUTING AND SUPPORTING IT'S FILE SHARING SOFTWARE. DOWNLOADING OR SHARING COPYRIGHTED CONTENT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION IS ILLEGAL." Anyways I don't really understand why this notice has come up now when it was working perfectly fine before I moved. So does this message mean that I'm not allowed to use limewire anymore or could I just simply downlad it again?
