If Charles Taze Russell didn't exist, would Jehovah's Witnesses exist?

The Watchtower obtained all of it's major teachings from their founder, Charles Taze Russell, such as hell not existing, Jesus just being an angel, equating the Holy Spirit to electricity, and the false prophecy that Jesus returned in 1914. Would the Watchtower sect be in existence if it was not for self professed pastor, Charles Taze Russell?
