How to kiss, but like a smoock kiss not a peck??

ok so you might think that I am a little young, 13 but I am very mature for my age. So I have a boyfriend now and I have never kissed a guy before and whn he said that something is going t change tonight he ment to kiss me. So we kissed but I didn't feel anything magical like most girls say on thier first kiss because it was like now we kiss 1second, done. How do I kiss him but not a peck on the lips and without tounge. Like you move your jaw and evrything. PLease help!!! thanks
