Almost to full term and need the must haves?!?

Im 36 weeks today and my baby shower is tomorrow i know i will get the basics, clothes, diapers, little gift sets etc. I have the major items i think i need the crib, binet, travel system. Is there any tips you guys can give this first time mom..some cant live without items maybe?!? i dont want to get everything and anything i need to stay within a realistic budget, any advice?
